Headaches types are classified as cluster, tension and migraine. We seek to treat tension and cluster headaches by improving the mobility of the vertebrate and soft tissue in your upper neck and back, strengthening your postural muscles, and increasing your flexibility. Americans frequently spend increased hours staring at computers or mobile devices. This can contribute to forward head posture and poor blood flow to our postural musculature. Improving posture and endurance of these systems can decrease the pressure on the joints, muscles and nerves that cause headaches.
