Graston

Graston is a form of Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) where the clinician uses a metal “tool” to effectively improve soft tissue mobility. Graston efficiently helps to detect and eliminate myofascial restrictions and limited scar mobility. Graston is a technique that breaks up scar tissue and fascial restrictions deep in the tissues to reduce and eliminate adhesions, restore range of motion and restore soft tissue to healthy function.
